ORDER OF NOVEMBER 20, 1979 THIS MATTER initially came to be heard upon the Co-defendant, AIRWYCK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S Motion for Continuance, Motion to Compel Answers and a Motion for Preservation of Evidence, and/or for Temporary Injunction upon Notice, among other motions of the parties. The court having further considered the Co-defendant's oral Motion to also Compel Answers to Questions 2 and 3 of the Expert Interrogatories and the court having examined said Motions and having heard the argument of counsel, and being duly advised in the premises does now therefore order as follows: IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs E answer more completely and fully questions 1, 2 and 3 of the Expert Interrogatories heretofore served on Plaintiffs by the Defendant, AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., on or about October 8, 1979, except as to what experts will testify to.
