ORDER OF NOVEMBER 20, 1979
THIS MATTER initially came to be heard upon the
Co-defendant, AIRWYCK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S
Motion for Continuance, Motion to Compel Answers and a Motion
for Preservation of Evidence, and/or for Temporary Injunction upon
Notice, among other motions of the parties. The court having
further considered the Co-defendant's oral Motion to also
Compel Answers to Questions 2 and 3 of the Expert Interrogatories
and the court having examined said Motions and having heard
the argument of counsel, and being duly advised in the premises
does now therefore order as follows:
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs

answer more completely and fully questions 1, 2 and 3 of the
Expert Interrogatories heretofore served on Plaintiffs by the
Defendant, AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., on or about October 8,
1979, except as to what experts will testify to. Plaintiffs
will provide background information upon said experts and will
provide the general areas upon which said experts will testify.
