ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Motions of the Defendants, GEORGE E. CARTER d/b/a BOWEN
WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE and STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY
COMPANY, For a Continuance, to Compel Production, and

to Inspect the Premises, and the Court having considered ~
- the same, hearing the arguments of counsel, and being other-

wise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby i

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Inspect the Premises of the D & M
~ t'IOBILE HOME PARK is granted, such inspection, examination,
~ testing, to be held upon November 29, 1979. The Defendants
d
doing such inspection, testing, photographing, etc. shall
be allowed to shut off the water at the laundromat for up
to three hours to conduct any and all necessary tests and
examinations;
2. The Motion to Compel Production of documents
requested in Paragraphs 1,2, and 5 of the Notice to Produce
addressed to AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., of October 4, 1979,
is granted, with the Defendant, AIRWICK, being given fifteen
