3. The Motions for Continuance are granted, and
this cause is removed from the Jury Trial Docket of December
17, 1979, and for Pre-trial of December 3, 1979. It shall
be scheduled for the Jury Tiial Docket commencing on March 17,
• 1980, as number ~ on the Docket. It is further the
Order of this Court that the various Crossclaims of the
Defendant shall be at issue, and if they are not at ?QS~~e at the time
this cause comes on for trial, they shall be severed and tried at
a later date.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Vero Beach, Florida,
on thi ay of November, 1979.
