' After due notice by or to all parties affected, on
November 21, 1979, a hearing was held before the Court with
respect to the matters disposed of by this Order; upon
consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Continuance
filed herein by the Defendants, GEORGE E. CARTER d/b/a BOWEN

WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE and STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY
COMPANY, be and the same is hereby gran ed. The trial of this
matter is reset for March 17, 1980. If, by virtue of
crossclaims and third-warty pleadings filed by the various
Defendants herein, this matter is not at issue and ready for

trial on March 17, 1980, then, in that event, those issues
shall be severed from the P.laintiff's main cause of action
` and. tried at a later date.
