TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION. said Assignment oeing recorded in Official Record Book 186,

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot. block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 294
