.JAMES E. QUINTO, SR. and MARY JANE QUINTO, his wife, herein-
after referred to as "Mortgagors", in consideration of the waiver }
of certain defaults of the Mortgagors in the Note hereinafter de- ~
scribed, granted by MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking associa-
tion, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", do hereby on this

tion 6, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in

Florida as further security for the repayment of the Mortgage Notell
