Borrower and Gender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by refererloe into this Mortgage and hereby agree to be
bound by the covenar?ts and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1 through 17 and Non-Uniform
Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20 and 22 of the master form of mortgage recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit
court of the county in which the Property k located and in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the
volume and at the page as fellows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and Non•Uniform
Covenants 18. 19.20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower snd Lender agree that all references to the Property. Borrower.
Lends and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall
be construed to mean the Property. Borrower. Fender snd Note defined heroin. Borrower acknowkdges receipt of. a rnpy

ADDITIONAL NONUNIFORM COVENANTS. Bocm+ver and Lender further covenant and agree as tollows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower. Lender. at Gender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by pranissory notes stated that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plu: US S 37 , 000.00
