Charles R Fitzpatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIA'T'ION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida. which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA;
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION. and LAKE INDR IO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded In Official Record Book 312
Page 284 ,public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid: .
Lot 11 Block 131 Unit 10
in the name of: James Anthony Scoville
and now held in the name of: James C Hester
