This cause came on for trial the 22nd day of October,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the i

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
1 the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should e
b dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS

M. McFREDERICK, Husband, and SHAARON SUE McFREDERICK, Wife, be
f,i and the same is-hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of l
i~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. ~ `
f`~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTINE SUE McFREDERICK and
HEATHER LYNNE McFREDERICK, minor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded to the Wife, SHAARON SUE McFREDERICK, with reasons
