mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, paid by
each of the parties hereto to the other of them, at or before the
execution and delivery of this Separation Agreement, the receipt
cahereof is hereby acknowledged, and the parties hereto hereby covenant,
promise and agree to and with each other in the following manner:
FIRST: From and after the date hereof, the parties shall
continue to reside in the marital home, living at alI times separate
=rd sp?,-r_ With~,n thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the Wife
shall remove herself, her personal belongings and effects and all
personal property to which she shall thereafter claim any right; title,
or interest as specified hereunder. Thereafter, the parties will live
separate and apart from each other for the rest of their lives, and
may engage in any occupation, employment or business without the con-
sent of the other party hereto, in all respects as if unmarried. Each
of the parties may reside from time to time in such places as he or
she deems fit. Each of the parties hereto shall be free from all
marital control, direct or indirect, of the other party, free of
molestation, restraint, interference, and authority as fully and in
the same manner as if unmarried. Neither of-the parties hereto shall
attempt by legal or other proceedings to compel the other party to
cohabit or dwell with him or her.
SECOND: As and for the support and maintenance of the Wife,
the Husband agrees as follows:
(a) To allow the Wife to live and dwell in the marital home
for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date hereof,
.together with the Husband.
(b) The Husband shall, within five (5) days of the date of
this Agreement, deliver to the Wife a notarized power of attorney and
bill of sale transferring all of his right, title, and interest in
and to that certain 1973 Plymouth, VIN VL29C3B283865. It is expressly
understood that said automobile shall become the sole property of the
Wife.
