The Wife shall, within five (S) days of the entry .of a
Final Judgment dissolving the marriage, execute and deliver to the
Husband a quit-claim deed releasing all of her right, title, and
interest in and to the above-described property. The Husband }
expressly agrees to pay, assume, and indemnify the Wife as to all
expenses for repairs, maintenance, taxes, insurance, mortgage pay- -
ments, and any other charge or expense whatsoever which has hereto-
fore been incurred or which shall hereafter accrue.
FOURTH: The Wife has an interest in a credit union at
Lawnwood Medical Center which the Husband hereby relinquishes all
right, title, and interest in. The Husband and Wife presently own
a joint checking account at First National Bank of Fort Pierce with
an approximate balance of $700.00 and a joint savings account at
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce with an
approximate balance of $775.00, which upon the execution hereof, the
Husband agrees to relinquish all of his right, title, and interest in
and to said accounts.

The Husband owns a 10% interest in Gator Groves, a partner-
ship which owns and operates a citrus grove in St. Lucie County,
~ Florida. The Wife hereby waives and relinquishes any right, title,
or interest in and-to any assets of said partnership and does further .
f agree to execute a quit-claim deed to said real property should she '
be requested to do so by the Husband. Additionally, the Wife
expressly waives and relinquishes ail of her right, titlc, and interest -
in and to the Husband's Boston Whaler and to any property which he may
hereafter acquire.
FIFTH: The Wife hereby waives all claims to and rights of

herein set forth and to be performed by the Husband and Wife which are
~ especially reserved, the Husband and tJife hereby for himself and her-
p self and their respective legal representatives, forever releases and
discharges the other of them and his or her heirs, distributees, legal
