representatives and assigns, from any and all debts, sums of money,
accounts, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever which each of them
had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have against the other
by reason of any matter, cause or thing, from the beginning of the
world to the date of the execution of this Agreement.
SEVENTH: Each of the parties hereto represents that he or i
she has not contracted and will not hereinafter contract any debt,
charge .or liability in the name or upon the credit of the other or
for which the other or the estate of the other might or could become
liable, and agrees, in any event, to indemnify and hold the other and
the estate of.the other harmless therefrom in all respects, except as
to the Husband's agreement to pay the Wife's ordinary and reasonable
living expenses to date. of her removal from the marital home located
at 215 Marina Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, or to the date of Final
Judgment, whichever shall occur first.
EIGHTH: The Husband and the Wife shall each retain all

effects and property which now belongs to each of them, respectively,
wherever located, as and for his or her oan property, free and clear
of any claims 'thereon of whatsoever nature by either of them against
the other. It is expressly understood that the Wife may remove her
personal effects and belongings from the home described above.
NINTH: The Wife shall have custody of CHRISTINE SUE
McFREDERICK and HEATHER LYNNE McFREDERICK, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband. The Husband shall pay child support in
the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month, per child, until
the child for whom support is payable reaches the age of eighteen (18),
becomes self-supporting, emancipated, or dies, whichever shall first
occur. In addition,-the Husband agrees to pay all reasonable and
necessary medical and dental expenses for said children as long as said
children are eligible to receive monetary child support as set forth
above. The Husband further agrees to pay the tuition for the 1979-80
school year at St. Andrews Episcopal School.
TENTH: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agree-
ment, the Wife agrees to release and does hereby release any and all
