RELEASE OF LIEN ANO TERMINATION OF AGREEME!~!T
WHEREAS Blue Goose Growers, Inc., as operating company, and
Lawrence A. Muckenthaler and Nellie Muckenthaler, his wife, as owners,
entered into an Agreement dated July 26, 1963, aroviding, among other
things, for the planting, maintenance and operation of a citrus grove
by Blue Goose Growers, Inc., on the following described real property,
then o~ned by Lawrence A. Muckenthaler and Nellie Muckenthaler, his
wife:
The~South 1/2 of Section 29 excepting
the East 2030 feet containing 200.51 Acres
all in Township 37 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; also described
as all of Block 3 of the~plat of ALAN WILSON
GROVES.
WHEREAS said Agreement was recorded in O.R. Book 71, pages 312-321,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, .
tlHEREAS said Agreement granted unto Blue Goose Growers, Inc., a
lien against the above described property and all crops gro=~n thereon as
security for costs expended, services rendered and advancements made by
the Blue Goose Growers, Inc., and
WHEREAS said Agreement was terminated several years ago and there
are no sums due and owing to Blue Goose Growers, Inc., by the owners
j of the above described property and no further services being furnished
by Blue Goose Growers, Inc., under said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, Blue Goose
! Growers, Inc., acknowledges receipt of all sums of money due under said
Agreement and acknowledges termination of the above Agreement and
hereby declares the lien uaon the above described land and the crops -
grown thereon to be fully satisfied. ~ N'°=~.
