SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Gus W. Lennard and Martha B.Lennard,
his wife, to Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St . Lucie
County dated March 27, 1978, recorded March 31, 1978, in O.R. Book 284,
page 1130, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having
an original principal balance of $32,000.00, and having a principal balance
as of December 3, 1979, of $31,723.56, which the grantee herein expressly
assumes and agrees-to pay. .
