Know All Tien By These Presents: That Southern Discount Company, a Florida
Corporation, hereby makes, constitutes, designates and appoints Don
Jordan of Melbourne Florida, as its true
and lawful attorney, hereby revoking any and all Pocaers of Attorney hereto-
fore executed in the premises, for it and in its name,~place and stead,
with reference to any liens which it may have against any Real and Personal
Property located within the physical limits of St. Lucie County
in the State of Florida, to sign, make, execute and record in the Off ice of
the Clerk of Circuit Court of said.County any and all satisfactions,•
releases or discharges of any sort, or kind of any of said liens which
Southern Discount CQI}+pany, ~ Florida Corporation, may have.
This Power of Attorney shall be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and shall remain
in effect until a subsequent Power of Attorney is recorded in said office
or until evidence is placed of record in said office of the withdrawal of
said Power of Attorney.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Southern Discount Company, a Florida Corporation, has
caused these presents to be executed and its Corporate Seal to be affixed
