in the public records of $t. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 265 on page
438 .securing the payment of the sum of Twenty Two Thousand and No/100---------------------

covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises .described therein, and loth hereby direct the Clerk of-the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. -
