by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1St day of October A.D., 1976 ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 258 Page 293 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described.
to secure the payment of the sum of One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
and No/100 (E152,250.00)----------------------------------------------- DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said Henry N. Washington and Gladys C. Washington, his wife

ises hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.

lein or incumbranoe of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
