SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by James A.
Powell and Anna 1. Powell , his wife dated October 5 1964. ,-and recorded
in the public records of Saint Lucie County, florida, in Official Record Book 100 on page
207-208 ,securing the payment of the sum of -
Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars (S 11,500.00 )
covering property in the County of ~ Saint Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it '
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
