PARTY of the second part, by their acceptance hereof and by agreement with party
of the first part, hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and comply with
all of the covenants, terms, provisions and conditions set forth and contained in the
aforedescribed DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, including but not limited to the obligations _
to make payment of assessments fQr the maintenance and operation of HUTCHINSON ISLAND
CLUB , which may be levied against the above described DWELLING UNIT.
THIS CONVEYANCE is >lade subject to the following:

4. All other covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, if
any, which may now affect the aforedescribed property;
5. All facts which may be shown by an accurate survey of said aforedescribed
