THI& CAUSE came on to be heard on the 3rd day of December,
1979, upon the Joint Motion To Dismiss filed herein by the attorneys
on behalf of the Plaintiff, EDWIN H. QUAL•LS, and the Defendant,
PROTEX INDUSTRIES, INC., and the Court having examined the Motion
and finding that the parties have entered into a settlement agree-
, ment, and have moved this Court to dismiss the Plaintiff's Complaint
with prejudice, and the Court being otherwise .fully advised in the

r ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it be, and is hereby further

be, and is hereby ordered dismissed with prejudice and each party shall
bear its own attorneys fees and costs of suit.
