AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Comes the undersigned affiant after being first duly sworn
by me, the undersigned officer duly authorized to take acknowledgments
and administer oaths in the State and County aforesaid, says:
1. That the undersigned knows of his own knowledge that
BRANTON E. SPIYEY as subscribed on instrument recorded in O.R. Book 320,
Page 1821 and dated November 16, 1979, is one and the same person as the
person named as the grantor, BRANTON SPIVEY, thereon, and in which said
instrument, a thirty foot right-of-way was deeded to FRED W. CARTER and,
HELEN V. CARTER, his wive. -
2. Affiant sayeth further not.
