FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE-
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of December,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDEREC AND AllJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DIXIE

EG. MOZINGO and COLUMBUS RALPH MOZINGO be and the same is here-

by dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
i
~iforever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
i
(between them and from the obligation arising therefrom.
j 2. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement ad-
f ,
~ mitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re-
~ference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
,parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further order
