This cause came on to be heard before me this 29th day of
November, 1979; and the Court having jurisdiction of the parties ~
havin heard evidence
and subject matter of this suit; and the Court g
on the Wife's petition for temporary relief in the a'nove-enti.tled~
cause and being otherwise fully advised of the premises, it is
f
hereupon
ORDERED that the Husband make an immediate lump sum payment
of One Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($185.00) to the Wife for the
overdue November rent on the Wife's premises. It is further
ORDERED that the Husband-pay an additional lump sum payment
of one-half of the December rent to the Wife when the same becomes
due and payable in the amount of Ninety Two and 50/100 Dollars ($92.50).
It is further
nRDERED that the Wife shall have the exclusive use of the
1969 Plymouth Roadrunner automobile and the Husband shall have the
exclusive use of the 1974 Plymouth automobile, both of which auto-
mobiles are titled in the name of the Husband. It is further
ORDERED that temporary custody of JOHN HUGH YOUNG, III, the
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife with right
of reasonable visitation reserved to the Husband. It is further,
ORDERED that the Husband pay the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.00)
each and every week commencing Friday, November 30, 1979, to the Wife =
for the support of the minor child of the parties. Each payment so

g made shall be made through the Clerk of the Court of St. Lucie County,
