Florida and be promptly remitted by the Clerk to the Wife. There is
further assessed against the Husband as Clerk's costs, the sum of
$2.00 to be added to each payment made to the Clerk by the Husband.
Each of the parties are further ordered to keep the Clerk informed
of their residence address at all times while this Order is in
effect.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
