FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 3rd day of December A.D. 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrieva-
bly broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folows:
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between CAROLYN ADKINS
WILLIAMS and GENE HERCULES WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

p the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

I matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
I therefrom.
a 2. Personal Property: That there is no personal property owned
jointly by the above-stated parties to be divided by a Decree of this Court.
3. Real Property: That there is no real property owned jointly or
seperately by the above-stated parties to be divided by a Decree of this

4. Child Custody: Primary custody of the Parties' child to wit: j

to reasonable visitation rights of the husband as set forth herein.

5. Child Visitation Rights: The husband shall be entitled to
reasonable visitation rights with ANDREA WILLIAMS. The husband shall ;
give reasonable advance notice, a minimum of Forty-Eight (48) hours
