SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of August , 1979 , MARVIN LISS and LINDA C.
LISS, his wife executed a mortgage deed to FLORIDA FIRS'It
NATIONAL BANK at VERO BEACH encumbering the following described property:
Lot 138,.PHASS I, HOLIDAY PINES, according
to the~Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat-Book
. 18, Pages 16, 16A through 16D, of the Pubii~:
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which mortgage was in the original principal amount of $ 11,553.36 and was recorded
August 30, , 19 79, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, in O.R. Book 315 , at Page X773 , and
WHEREAS, thereafter ~on the 31 day of July 19 79 , the said MARVIN LISS
and LINDA C. LISS, his Wife - executed a certain mortgage to SOUTHERN
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD COUNTY, securing a note in the sum of
v 50, ~CO.00 • which mortgage is to be filed -in the Public Records of St. Lucie •
County,, and which mortgage likewise encumbered the above-described property, and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD COUNTY is not willing
and will not make the loan desired by MARVIN LISS and LINDA C. LISS, his wife
unless the above-described mortgage given by the said
MARVIN LISS and LINDA C. LISS, his wife _ is a first mortgage lien prior in
dignity and in every respect to the mortgage held by FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK at
VERO BEACH
NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL
considerations paid to BANK at .Rn AFACH , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledges
FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL
BANK at VERO BEACH does hereby subordinate its mortgage described above to the above!
described mortgage in favor of SOUTHERN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD
COUNTY and does hereby intend by this Agreement that the mortgage given byMARVIN LISS
and LINDA C. LISS, his wife to SOUTHERN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD COUNTY described above shall be a first mortgage lien prior in
dignity to its mortgage as herein described.
IN i+IITNESS WHEREOF, FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK at has caused this Agreement
to be signed in its name by its President and Secretary and its corporate seal to be affixed
