1971 when the defendant without cause deserted plaintiff and has been guilty of
such wilful desertion ever since.
The Court finds that two children were born as the result of said mar-
riage, namely, Sharon Mucho Thomas, age twenty years and John Mucho, Jr.,.age
nineteen years.
The Court further finds that the parties have entered into an agreement
providing for the disposition and settlement of their respective rights of prop=
erty, said property, real and personal, consisting of that enumerated and de-
scribed in the attached stipulation and agreement, including dower, homestead
rights, right to support or alimony, and any and all rights of property and other-
wise growing out of the marriage relationship existing between the parties. Said
stipulation and agreement have been offered and admitted into evidence, the Court
finds that said agreement and stipulation is fair and reasonable and the same is
hereby approved by the Court and ordered to be binding on the parties, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part of this decree.
I~REFORE, IT IS ORDER®, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That:
a. The bonds of matrimony be and hereby are dissolved between John
Mucho and Rachel Laverne Mucho and that all of the duties, rights
and obligations accruing to the plaintiff and~the defendant by
reason of said marriage, shall cease and determine and the said
parties shall be at liberty to again marry in like manner as
though said marriage had never existed.
b. That the above identified stipulation and agreement (Exhibit "A")
is hereby incorporated into and merged into this decree and each
and every provision is binding on the parties as if fully set out
herein in decretal form.
c. Each party is hereby forever barred and foreclosed from alimony,
dower, homestead, and any and all rights, claims or demands
against the other, and to any and all claims or interests what-
soever and to the property of the other now owned or hereinafter
acquired.
d. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause until the terms
of this Decree have been fully complied with in all respects.
