seven to twenty-five days fo'_lowinj the entry of tha Decree of Divorce.
Further, that botr Parties agree tY'~at within 3 days following the entry
of the Decree of Divorce, they shall sig^, all of tre necessary deeds
required by this agree~rant. TY.e deeds that tha Defendant is to sign
shall immediately be turned over to t1e Plaintiff`s a~torney, and the
deeds that the Plaintiff is to sign shall be delivered to the First
rational Bank in Madison, Illinois. That it shall be held by the bank
and not delivered to the Defendant until tY~.e $b,5G0.00 is paid to the
Plaintiff. Upon it being raid, the bank nay turn the deed over to the
Defendant. In the event that the $b,500 ~s nom paid within 25 days of
the entry of the Decree, the Plaintiff shall hsve t::e right to move to
set aside the Decree of Divorce. Further, that aii deeds that may have
been entered snail be returned, canceled, voided, and held for naught,
and the parties shall b~ in the same position that they would have been
in before the. stipulation was entered into.
