WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Fart, pursuant to the Order
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
Seatember 19, 1979 and pursuant to power of sale contained
in the Will of the above named decedent, and in consideration of .the
premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida des- .
cribed as:
Lot 59, Block A, TROPICAL ACRES, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 20, pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
I TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,

Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
