ORDERED, the Appellant herein, having commenced the
above-styled cause by the filing of a Notice of Appeal in this
-Court on the 27 day of November 1979 without the deposit x
of the statutory Appellate Court filing fee, shall within twenty (20)
days from the date of the entry of this Order, cause to be paid to
the Clerk of this Court the Sum of Fifty ($50.00) and 00/100
Dollars as the Appellate Court filing fee required according to

Rule 9.O40(f). 9.430, Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure and
.§35.22(3), Florida Statutes (1977), and further,
ORDERED, that this cause will not progress until said fee is
paid and failure to comply ,with this Order may result in sua sponte
dismissal of the above-styled cause pursuant to Rule 9.410, Florida _
Rules of Appe-llate Procedure.
