FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Complaint and the Court being fully advised in the premises and a
default having been entered against the Defendant, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, PACKERS SUPPLY
COMPANY, INC., do have and recover from the Defendant, JOSEPH
KAPLET, INDIVIDUALLY AND D/B/A SOMERSET GROVES, the principal sum
of $4,848.21 together with interest at the rate of 11.5$ per annum
accruing from April 16, 1979 until paid, and attorneys, fees and
~ costs of $539.00 for all of which let execution issue.
