THIS CAUSE having come•on before the Court upon the
Motion of Robert J. Gorman to withdraw as counsel of record

for WARD BUSINESS FORMS, INC., Individually, and remain as
• counsel of record for WARD BUSINESS FORMS, INC., f/u/b/o
FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPANY, thereby continuing to •
represent the interest of subrogor, FLORIDA FARM BUREAU
INSURANCE COMPANY, and the Court having considered the same
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
! ORDERED•AND ADJUDGED that Robert J. Gorman shall
withdraw as counsel of record for WARD BUSINESS FOR2dS, INC.,
{ Individually, and remain as counsel of record for the interest
of subrogor, FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPANY, in this
cause, upon filing with this Court proof of receipt of the
Notice and Motion by WARD BUSINESS FORMS, INC.
