FINAL JUDGMENT FORECLOSING MORTGAGE AND
TAXING COSTS
After due notice by or to all parties affected, on
November 14, 1979, a hearing was held before the Court with
respect to the Complaint to foreclose mortgage filed herein by
the Plaintiff. After hearing the argument of counsel, the
testimony of the parties, and being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiff, ST. LUCIE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, is due:

a) Principal $ 4,000.00
i b) Interest and Late Charges from
date of last payment through
November 14, 1979. 280.65
e c) Payments made on first mortgage
to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce 4,1_~O
d) Court costs
e) Plaintiff's attorneys' fee 750.00

2. The amount found due above, shall be increased
by the amount of statutory interest which shall accrue from
the date hereof at the rate of eight per cent (8%) per annum.
Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action,
and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk of this Court
if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
