KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Guard of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust fund, for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty five and no/100 Dollars to it in hand paid, has remised, released and quitclaimed and by
these presents does remise. release and quitclaim unto ROn Price,
his heirs
and assigns, all of the right, tick, interest, claim and demand wising out of the following reservations, to-wit:
"SAVINI; AND RESERVING unto the said, the "trusters of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, and their
wccessors, the right at any time to enter upon the said lands and make or ~•ause to be made and constructed thereon wch canals,
cuts, sluice-ways, dikes and other works as may in the judgment of the said Trusters, or their wccessots, be na-essary and needful for
the drainage or reclamation of any of the lands gaoled to the Starr of Florida by Act of Congress aoprovrd September 28, 1850, and
to Take from the said lands hereby conveyed and to use such gavel, stone or earth as may, in the jwlgmrnt of the said Trustees, ur
their wccrssurs, be necessary to use in the making and cunstntcliun of said canals, cuts, Juice-ways, Dikes and other works upon said
lands for the purposes aforesaid."
"AND FURTHER SAVI\G AND RFSERVItiG unto the said, the Trusters of fire Internal Improvement Fund of the State of
Florida, the right to the exclusive possession, txcupatiun, use and enjoyment of a strip of land running across the above described
premises, one hundred and thirty fret t:n each side of the center line of any canal, cut, sluice-way or dike That may be made and
constructed on said land by the said Trustees of the said Internal Improvement f=und of the State of Florida, a their su~•cessors, fur
the purpose aforesaid and the exclusive right to lake, use, sell, dispose of and enjoy any Timber, earth, stone, rock or gavel lying in qr
upon said strip of land."

Florida, and their wccessors, an undivided three-fourths interest in and title in and to an undivwled throe-fourths interest in all the
