AND RECEIPT
The ~i~eclersigned, as personal representative of the above estate, alleges:
I. The decedent, WILLIAM V. CRAMMER _ , a resident of
5t. Lucie _ _ County, _ Florida _ ,died on
July 10 , l9 .79 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on July 18 , l9 79
2. Petitioner filesherewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last
accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition
of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision fur the payment of all
taxes and expenses of administration.

4. The amount of compensatigri either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys,

~ accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is; Stanton J.
Brosilow, appraiser, $95.00; B. A. Bittan, Jr., attorney's fees,
$1,477.37.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the
~ Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of
the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner, the only person having an interest in this proceeding,
acknowledges receipt of the following:

1 share Florida Fisherman's Marketing Association
1968 VW Stationwagon, I.D. #228068559

Lot 31, HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in-Plat
Book 9, page 52, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH 1965 Skyline House Trailer (45' long) converted into
a permanent dwelling.
Balance of estate checking account of $183.41.
