I, ETHEL JOHANSEN, a resident of the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to
be my LAST WILL AND~TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative to pay out
of my estate all of my just debts, including the expenses of
my last illness and funeral expenses,. as soon as practicable
after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my engagement and weddi g
rings to my daughter, RUTH JOHANSEN FUEST, 44Q Grove Street,
Irvington, New Jersey.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my gold clock received
on my golden wedding anniversary to my daughter, EVELYN BARNHART,
~ to be hers absolutely.

FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
i
and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
situate and whether acquired before or after -the execution of this
Will, including any life insurance payable to my estate, to my
children, RUTH JOHANSEN FUEST, EVELYN BARNHART and JOSEPH
JOHANSEN, in equal shares, share and share alike. In the event f
that any of my aforementioned children shall predecease me,
then I direct that that child's share be divided between the other
aforementioned children who survive me.
~ FIFTH: I hereby nominate, consitute and appoint my
daughter, EVELYN BARNHART, 2714 Cardinal Drive, Vero Beach,
Florida, Personal Representative of this, my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, to serve without bond. I expressly confer upon said
Personal Representative full authority and power to sell and `
