convey any part or all of said estate at public or private sale,
with or without notice, as she may deem best and without any order s
of Court. I authorize said Personal Representative to make good an
sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the
proceeds of any sale Lo t;;e same uses as hereinbefore declared in
the several items of this, my Will. I rurther hereby expressly
confer upon said Personal Representative, the authority and
power to borrow money for the use of my estate in any instance
where she may think it necessary and proper, and to secure in
mortgage or any other form of security.
In the event my daughter, EVELYN BARNHART, should die,
resign, be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my
Personal Representative, whether before or after entering upon
her duties, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
JOSEPH JOHANSEN, 86 Louis Street, Whippany, New Jersey, as
Alternate Personal Representative of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAME T,
and specifically grant to him the same powers heretofore granted
to my Personal Repeesentative,-excusing him from giving any bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
