KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Charles J . Dekker and
Sue E. Dekker, his wife dated December 26th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 300 on page
2171 , securinet the payment of the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100----------------------------
Dollars (S10,000.00------1
Corrective mortgage in 0. R. Book 302, page 2419
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and disctia?ge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the promises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .

subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
