deceased, Party of the First Part, and NANCY STEWART FLOWERS, formerly
NANCY STEWART WILSON, 2221 N. 42nd Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Will of the decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells,aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described ~s:
Lot 22, Block 6, HARMONY HEIGHTS, No. 4, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 41, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns, that
