LUCIE THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this day of December, 1979, by and between JANE ANNA CHEAVES, a Widow, of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantor; and KENT MORTON and DIANNE C. MORTON, - ----r-~- his wife, and ROBERT B. MUCKLOW and DEBRA L. MUCKLOW, his wife, both ~ - of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantees; c~ - ~ WHEREAS, The Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession of lands lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as ` i follows: The North 5 acres of the NW} of the SE} and the North 5 acres of the NE} of the SW}, and that part of the NW} of the SW} lying East of the St. Lucie River, all lying and being in Section . = 9, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; and WHEREAS, The Grantor by certain deeds recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has conveyed portions of the above described property to KENT MORTON and DIANNE C. MORTON, his wife, and ROBERT B. MUCKLOW and DEBRA L. MUCKLOW, his wife, subject to access easement over and across the Northerly 30 feet of their property; and WHEREAS, Grantor is intending to convey other lots and parcels con- tiguous to the land owned by the Grantor and Grantees, and WHEREAS, Grantor fias agreed in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars i t and other good and valuable consideration to grant to Grantees and all other persons claiming by, through or under Grantor or either of them, their predessors in title, or their heirs, assigns or legal representatives by virtue of any deeds of conveyances describing land located in Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as described above, an easement or right of way over the lands described below, for the purposes and in the manner expressed below; 9 NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That, in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration of the a sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Grantor grants unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, and to all oti~er likely situated as above described, and their heirs and assigns; o~x 321 PacE 143
