Full and free right and liberty for them and their tenants, servants,
vistors and licensees, in common with all persons having the like right,
at all times hereafter, for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment
- of the land of the Grantees and those likely si#ua#ed for whatever purpose
the land from time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed, to pass and
repass along the provided roadway or roadways more particularly described -
as follows:
The Northerly 30 feet of:
The North 5 acres of the NW# of the SEA and the North 5 acres
of the NEB of the SW~, and that part of the NWT of the SW~
lying-East of the St. Lucie River, all lying and being in Section ,
9, Township 36-South, Range 40 East.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right of way hereby granted unto
rrantPPs; their heirs and accignc and those likely situated as described
above, and their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantees
and those likely situated and every part of it.
It is understood that the easement is given upon the express understanding
and condition that it may be used by Grantor, her heirs, and assigns and
others likely situated and their heirs and assigns.
! It is further understood that the Grantor, her heirs, assigns, and

tenants in no way will be bound to improve, maintain or construct a roadway
or to keep it in repair; nor does Grantor, their heirs and assigns, others
~ likely situated, their heirs and assigns, or any person using the land
by invitation, expressed or implied, or by reason of any business conducted

with Grantees, their heirs and assigns, or otherwise.-
It is further understood that the Grantees herein, their heirs and
assigns, and others liicel-y situated, their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant
and agree to maintain, in unison with the other lot owners the easement
or right of way which the easement of ingress and egress is granted.
