Comes now the plaintiff, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the United States of America, by and through
its undersigned attorneys, pursuant to Rule 1.420(a)(1), FRCP,
before proceeding to Clerk's Sale of the property which is the
subject matter of this cause, and files this Notice of its
dismissal of the above entitled cause, and the discharge of
the Notice of Lis Pendens filed herein and recorded in O. R.
Book 284 at page 2209 of the public records of St. Lucie
County., Florida, all without prejudice.
