FINAL JUDGMENT ± DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 4th day of December,1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi- dence, finds and determines; This Court has jurisdict-ion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation Hof husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between D. K. LINDAUER, a/k/a DONALD K. LINDAUER and M. JANE LINDAUER be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them i 'are hreby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefr m. 2. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporates rerein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. j 3. RESTORATION OF NAME: M. JANE LINDAUER be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARGARET JANE WALSH and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4.
