This cause came on for trial the 4th day of llecember 19 79
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds. and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a~:ove
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ISSAC JEROME PETERSON, age 7, born
October 7, 1962,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
MINNIE PEARL PETERSON, with reasonable visitation rights granted to
Petitioner.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.

4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
