ORA S. BEASLEY, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 4th day of December,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit;~that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

JOSEPH B. BEASLEY and ORA S. BEASLEY be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are t

hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ _
existing between them and from the obligations arising -
therefrom.
Z. CUSTODY. There were no children born as issue
of this marriage.
3. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. LOAN WITH SUN BANK. The Wife executed a note as an
accomodation for the Husband with the Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County and the Husband agrees that he will be solely responsi-
ble for the payments of all moneys due to the Sun Bank of St.
Lucie County on that certain loan in the principal amount of
$25,000.00 and that the Husband will hold the Wife harmless -
from making any payments on the loan with Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County.
