This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December 19 79 , and the '
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject.~oatter of this suit; that the
relation of .husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons ~
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom, _

2. CUSTODY. Custody of CAROLYN ANN LEWIS, born July 8, 1973, and
ANGELA GALE LEWIS, born January 20, 1975,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner, llOROTHY ANN LELdIS
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent for a minimum of two i
weekends-each month and thirtyy consecutive days each summer.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing t7ie 7thday of December 19 79,
WILLIAM A. LEWIS shall pay to DOROTHY ANN. LEWIS
the sum of 6150.00 ,per month ,for the support of the child(ren) named
above. -

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is ~
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.

5. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
