FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LAWRENCE P.
KRATKA and SHARLEEN G. KRATKA be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed t
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of KEVIN PAUL KRATKA, JENNIFER LYNN
KRATKA, and JAMES THOMAS KRATKA,• minor children of the parties is
hereby awarded to SHARLEEN KRATKA with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to LAWRENCE P. KRATKA. Pursuant to the separation and
property settlement agreement entered into between the parties, the
husband, LAWRENCE P. KRATKA is to pay the wife the sum of $300.00
per month as child support for the three minor children of the
parties. The first such payment shall be due on December 7, 1979,
and the payments shall be due on the 7th of each month thereafter.
3. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
