FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF'MARRL4GE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably {

broken and should be dissolved. It is-thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:_
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriage be t::ce^ Tei~s -?TMMING '
VINCOLI, JR.-and JUDITH LYNN TURNER VINCOLI be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from }
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES DIMMING VINCOLI, III, minor child

of the parties is hereby awarded to JUDITH LYNN TURNER VINCOLI with T
reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES DIMMING VINCOLI, JR., ~ x
as set out in the property settlement agreement. Commencing- f

December 1, 1979, the husband shall pay to the wife the sum of $200.00 t
per month for the support of the minor child until said child reaches
the age of majority. _
3. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
