SHAFFER, Respondent. FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 4th day of December, 1979, upon the Second Amended Petition of CAROLS L. NEWTON, and upon the Agreement entered into between CAROLS L. NEWTON and her former f Husband, CHARLES H. SNAPPER, and the Court having examined the Second Amended Petition and the Answer filed in this cause by CHARLES H. SHAFFER wherein he did agree to CAROLS L. NEWTON having the permanent custody of the minor children, SHANE HOLLIS SHAFFER and CHARLES DALE I' SHAFFER, and the Court having received said Answer and Petition into evidence, and the Court having also received into evidence a Uniform Child Custody Act Affidavit, and the Court having further heard the testimony of the Wife, and the Court finding that CAROLS L. NEWTON is s a fit and proper person to have the permanent custody, care and control of the minor children, SHANE HOLLIS SHAFFER-and CHARLES DALE SHAFFER, and the Court further finding that it is in the best interest of the said minor children for CAROLS L. NEWTON to have the permanent custody of said children, and the Court finding that SHANE HOLLIS SHAFFER and ~ CHARLES DALE SHAFFER are the natural children of CHARLES H. SHAFFER and CAROLS L. NEWTON, and the Court also finding upon the basis of the Answer of CHARLES H. SHAFFER that CHARLES H. SHAFFER is presently un- able to pay child support for said minor children due to his being unemployed, and the Court having received into evidence a Certificate of Mailing and a Receipt for Certified Mail and a Return Receipt of Certified Mail signed by CHARLES SHAFFER, showing that CHARLES SHAFFER
