Court also receiving into evidence a letter to CHARLES H. SAAFFER
from the attorney for CAROLS L. NEWTON and Proof Of Mailing in
regards to same, and the Court finding that CHARLES H. SHAFFER
was given notice of this final hearing, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Second Amended Petition of CAROLS L.
NEWTON, be, and is hereby ordered granted and the Agreement
entered into by and between CAROLS L. NEWTON and her former
Husband, CHARLES H. SHAFFER, be, and is hereby ordered ratified
and approved by this Court. It be, and is hereby further
ordered that CAROLS L. NEWTON is awarded the permanent, exclusive
and sole custody, care and control of the minor children, SHANE
HOLLIS SHAFFER and CHARLES DALE SHAFFER, with reasonable rights
of visitation reserved for CHARLES H. SHAFFER.
2. That CAROLS L. NEWTON and CHARLES H. SHAFFER, be,
and are hereby ordered enjoined and restrained from interfering
j with, molesting, harassing, bothering, assaulting, threatening,
annoying, or otherwise interfering with one another, and it be,
and is hereby further ordered that CHARLES H. SHAFFER shall not

1 go to the place of business or to the residence of CAROLS L.
NEWTON, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their
authorized deputies, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this
restraining order without further Order of this Court and to take
into custody and to incarcerate the offending party and to then
bring the offending party before this Court without unreasonable
delay.
3. That visitation by CHARLES H. SHAFFER with the said
minor children shall not take place at the residence of CAROLS L.
NEWTON unless so desired by CAROLS L. NEWTON and places of
visitation shall be agreed to by CHARLES H. SH_AFFER and CAROLS
